Lori is a Mom of 2, Registered Massage Therapist, Doula and Birth Educator.

Having moved back to Manitoba in 2019 after living in Calgary for 7 years, she has worked with hundreds of expecting women to help them feel better during pregnancy and postpartum.

She is passionate about helping women feel more comfortable during pregnancy, empowered during birth and nurtured in the postpartum period. Her approach is intuitive, gentle and holistic and she incorporates other modalities to make you feel your best.

She is also certified in Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Cupping, and Prenatal Massage. Her goal is to help you feel more balanced and nurtured- body, mind and soul!
